The House

Holly Bank House is a family-run, late Victorian property set in four acres of gardens, offering the weary traveller a rest and a warm friendly welcome at all times of the day and night.

Guests are welcomed in the impressive main hall, with its fine antiques, suits of armour and, in Winter, a roaring log fire.

A sumptuous panelled drawing room (illustrated) serves as the guest lounge. Again it is furnished with antiques, and has an open fire.

A truly outstanding full English or Continental breakfast is served in the large, bright conservatory (illustrated).

We have ample off-road parking, with room for large vehicles and trailers, with secure parking available at no extra cost.

 

The Rooms

Each of our ten rooms is individually furnished with antiques and carefully selected fabrics. Most also feature ornate cornices.

All rooms are centrally heated and have colour television, tea & coffee making facilities and fresh flowers.

All rooms have elegantly tiled bathrooms (eight en-suite, 2 private adjacent with bath robes provided).

Wake up calls are available on request.
